Stock Control Supervisor

Job Purpose To lead the Stock Control team and oversee inventory management activities across Stores, ensuring stock accuracy, effective governance and compliance with company procedures. The role is responsible for driving improvements in stock performance, investigating and resolving discrepancies, supporting operational efficiency and developing team members to achieve departmental and business objectives.
Job Dimensions Responsible for stock control governance and inventory accuracy across Stores operations, including stock auditing, stocktaking, inventory reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, performance monitoring and the development of team members.
Principal Accountabilities Responsible for stock control governance and inventory accuracy across Stores operations. Oversee stock auditing, stocktaking and inventory reconciliation activities to maintain accurate inventory records.
Drive corrective actions to resolve stock discrepancies and improve stock accuracy performance. Support compliance with internal controls, audit requirements and warehouse best practices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of stock management processes and systems.
Lead, coach and develop team members to support business objectives and individual growth. Drive operational excellence through process reviews, performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and organisational values.
