This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced fashion retailer to join at an exciting stage of growth, taking ownership of the store from pre-opening through to launch and ongoing trading . The Role
You will
Lead the new store opening , from recruitment and training through to launch. Take ownership of sales, KPIs and commercial performance . Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team. Deliver an exceptional customer experience and high service standards.
Drive strong standards across VM, stock management and store operations . Analyse trading performance and identify opportunities to maximise sales. Build a positive, high-performance team culture. Work closely with the wider business on launches and commercial initiatives.
About You We are looking for an experienced Store Manager or Flagship Store Manager with: Strong experience within fashion, premium retail . A proven track record of delivering strong commercial results. Experience leading and developing retail teams.
Strong understanding of retail KPIs and commercial performance. A genuine passion for fashion, people and customer experience .
