Job Title: Store Manager Location: Warrington (WA2) Salary: Up to £40,000 (DOE) Opening Hours: Monday- Friday 09:00- 18:00, Saturday 09:00- 17:00, Sunday 10:00- 16:00 Contract: Permanent Our client, a family-run country feed store and supplier, is looking for a passionate, hands-on Store Manager to lead their equestrian-focused retail store.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail leader who enjoys being part of the team whilst driving operational excellence, customer service, and commercial performance. Reporting to the Business Owner you will be a strong team player, capable of leading by example and creating a positive working environment.
A genuine interest in, or understanding of, the equestrian sector would be highly advantageous. As a Store Manager your duties will be: - Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Create a positive and collaborative team culture. Manage employee performance, coaching, training, and development. Conduct regular team meetings and one-to-one reviews. Support recruitment and onboarding activities where required.
