We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager to join an exciting, fast-paced and on-trend retail brand in Belfast City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and successful Irish retailer with ambitious expansion plans across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead the overall day-to-day operation of the retail store. Drive sales, maximise profitability and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Recruit, train, motivate and develop a high-performing team. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain excellent customer standards.

Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximise commercial results. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, stock management and store presentation. Manage staffing levels, rotas and payroll effectively.

Ensure all company procedures, policies and operational standards are followed. Create a positive, energetic and high-performing team culture. What We Are Looking For Previous experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager or General Manager.

A proven track record of driving retail sales and achieving KPIs. Strong leadership and people management skills. Experience managing, coaching and developing retail teams. Commercially aware with a passion for delivering results.

A hands-on management style and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. A passion for retail, trends, merchandising and customer experience. Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
