This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a store from day one. You'll be involved in building your team, setting the standards and creating the culture, while having real responsibility for driving sales and performance.

Salary up to £32,000 Performance-related bonus Generous staff discount Seasonal uniform allowance Recognition and reward programmes Wellbeing and mental health support Genuine career progression within a growing fashion retailer The Role As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the new store and be responsible for: Leading the store opening and getting everything ready for launch Recruiting, training and developing your team Creating a positive and high-performing store culture Driving sales and delivering against KPIs Delivering an excellent customer experience Maintaining strong visual merchandising and store standards Managing stock, deliveries and day-to-day operations Using commercial information to identify opportunities and improve performance Leading from the front and being visible on the shop floor About You We're looking for someone who is: An experienced Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager Commercially driven with a strong focus on sales and KPIs A confident people leader who enjoys developing a team Customer focused and passionate about delivering great service Energetic, hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Organised, proactive and able to take ownership Excited by the opportunity to build something from the ground up Previous experience in fashion, lifestyle, footwear or other customer-focused retail environments would be ideal.
