Insight Global is seeking a Communications Strategist to support a large-scale global Learning & Development transformation initiative. This role will be responsible for developing and executing communication and change management strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption across a diverse employee population.
The successful candidate will create compelling content across multiple channels, manage stakeholder communications throughout the change journey, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and effective learner experience.
This individual will combine strategic thinking, exceptional writing skills, project management expertise, and strong stakeholder engagement capabilities to deliver impactful communications in a fast-paced, global environment. This is a contract based role and is a hybrid onsite model in London. Must-Have
Requirements
Experience in marketing, communications, or change communications within consulting, professional services, or large corporate environments. Experience developing and delivering communication strategies for organisational change, transformation programmes, or technology implementations.
Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, engaging messaging. Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience creating communications across digital channels, including email, intranet, and marketing platforms. Ability to analyse communication effectiveness and use metrics to improve engagement and adoption. Experience supporting global audiences with an understanding of cultural differences and localisation of messaging.
Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills. Self-starter who can work effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments.
