Freshminds is partnering with a leading global engineering organisation to appoint a Strategy & Corporate Development Manager to join its high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and analytically strong individual to play a key role in shaping the organisation's growth agenda.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of strategic opportunities, supporting M&A activity from evaluation through to execution, and helping drive corporate development initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a pipeline of strategic growth and acquisition opportunities. Support end-to-end M&A transactions, including market analysis, due diligence, valuation and execution. Conduct financial and commercial analysis of potential acquisition targets and strategic initiatives.
Maintain and enhance internal databases of opportunities, market intelligence and competitor activity. Work closely with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and long-term growth plans. Requirements 3-6 years' experience within M&A, Strategy Consulting, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or a related field within a leading organisation.
Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities. A genuine interest in engineering, technology and innovation. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working within a small, high-calibre team.
