Responsibilities

• Lead structural modifications and high-quality design solutions to optimize cost, rate, and quality

• Identify process inefficiencies and drive improvements to team capability and efficiency

Key requirements

• Industry-recognised Design Approval (Check) or the ability to obtain it quickly (Essential)
• For Senior roles: Design Approval (Check) and Authorisation or capability to obtain quickly (Essential)
• Strong ability to lead structural design processes and deliver optimized solutions
• Proven capability to translate investigations into integrated technical solutions meeting safety requirements
