About the role
Structural design for residential projects: loft conversions, extensions, internal alterations, and new buildsCommercial project support including warehouses and blue-chip clientsConducting site surveys and structural assessmentsPreparing structural reports, design calculations, and drawings using AutoCAD or RevitSupporting project delivery from concept to constructionBusiness Development and Promoting the company to maintain relationshipsAbout you: BEng/MEng in Civil or Structural EngineeringMinimum 5 years of post-graduate experience (residential sector preferred)Strong ability in steel/timber design (beams and columns especially)Confident communicator and self-starterWorking towards chartership, or chartered.
