Labcorp is seeking a Study Coordinator to join our team at Alconbury, near Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday – 37.5hrsJob Responsibilities:Provide support for Study Directors on day-to-day study specific tasks and act as an alternative contact for the Sponsor in the absence of the Study DirectorCoordinate packages of studies and work closely with internal and external stakeholdersBe involved in study scheduling and updating of planning toolsTake responsibility for general study coordination tasks including scheduling shipping of samples, acquisition of test article and relevant documentation, sorting orders for studies and preparing documents for reviewLearn client management responsibilities including status updates and scheduling specific client requirementsQuality control checking of study dataArchiving of study dataIdentify opportunities for process improvements and assists in their resolutionLearn and maintain awareness of routine study procedures and software used in study conductMinimum Qualifications:A level in Chemistry or BiologyAdditional Job Standards:Worked in or have knowledge of GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) regulationsDemonstrates excellent communication, time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple studiesGood I.T. / software skills including Microsoft OfficeExcellent attention to detail and consistent accuracy whilst managing multiple changing prioritiesDue to the remote location of this site, there are no public transport links availableWe are looking for a Study Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the Crop, Protection and Chemical team and will work alongside the Study Directors, providing administrative support in the conduct and organisation of multiple studies and study types.
