Sub Agent

Sub Agent - Substation Project Location: Necton, Norfolk Duration: 8 Months Rate: £400-£450 per day plus package Hours: Full-time Anglian Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join a major substation project in Necton, Norfolk.

This is an 8-month contract opportunity for an experienced construction professional with a strong background in civils and energy projects. Previous experience working within substations, power, utilities or associated infrastructure is required.

The Role

Supporting the Site Agent and wider project management team with the delivery of the project Managing day-to-day site activities and coordinating site teams and subcontractors Overseeing civil engineering works within the substation environment Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements Monitoring site progress and reporting back to the project team Liaising with subcontractors, engineers, clients and other stakeholders Ensuring site documentation, permits and records are maintained Supporting quality assurance and inspection processes Maintaining high standards of health & safety across the site Assisting with planning, sequencing and coordination of works

Requirements

Previous experience working as a Sub Agent or in a similar civil engineering role Energy and civils experience is essential Previous substation, power, utilities or major infrastructure experience Strong understanding of civil engineering site operations Excellent health & safety knowledge Good communication, organisational and leadership skills Relevant construction qualifications and site tickets Right to work in the UK Rate: £400-£450 per day plus package Duration: 8 months Location: Necton, Norfolk
