Job Description Do you have subsidence surveying/claims experience and enjoy working from home? Then this could be the role for you as a Subsidence Building Consultant. Loss Adjusting and Claims Management organisation is seeking an experienced Subsidence Building Consultant with Subsidence expertise to strengthen their growing team of Desk Based Subsidence Surveyors / Engineers / Loss Adjusters located throughout the UK.
What will you be doing: As a Subsidence Building Consultant you will take responsibility for managing domestic and commercial subsidence claims through diagnosis, mitigation and repair by working closely with the Field based Surveyors and Supply partners.
Fully project manage the Subsidence claims through to conclusion using digital technology. Deal with appointments and management of third party suppliers, such as Arboricultural consultants, site investigation suppliers, drainage repair companies etc.
About you
You must have detailed knowledge of structural defects affecting buildings and have the ability to diagnose the cause of damage without visiting sites, using digital technology. Ideally you will have an appropriate professional building qualification such as MICE, MRICS, MCIOB, MIStrucE, MCAB or working towards or have a wealth of Subsidence experience. Salary &
Benefits
In return the role offers a salary up to £63,000 depending on experience and qualifications, along with pension, death in service and 25 days holiday.
