SUPERVISOR – WATER ORTON, B46 1DZ – FULLTIME – BBV A chance to work on one of the largest infrastructure projects in the UK (HS2). Eligibility generally requires living more than 50 miles from site, with proof of home address and accommodation arrangements. Must Have CSCS Gold or Black Card SSSTS qualification Previous experience in construction and site supervision Full UK driving licence Role and Responsibilities Supervise construction activities and site operatives to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed to the required standards. Ensure RAMS and safe systems of work are followed. Coordinate with site management, subcontractors and other trades. Identify hazards, report issues and promote a safe working environment.

Shifts Monday to Friday Start time: 7:00am–7:30am Finish time: 5:00pm–5:30pm Overtime Monday to Friday: Time and a third after 10 hours Nights: Time and a third Saturdays and Sundays: Time and a half All night hours: Time and a half Health and Safety Risks The successful candidate will be expected to promote and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring site rules and procedures are followed.

Key risks associated with the role include: Moving plant, vehicles and machinery: Maintain safe segregation and ensure site traffic management procedures are followed. Excavations and uneven ground: Monitor access routes and identify changing ground conditions or unsafe areas.

Multiple trades working simultaneously: Coordinate activities and communicate potential hazards to site teams. Slips, trips and falls: Keep work areas and access routes safe, tidy and free from obstructions. All site-specific risks and control measures must be confirmed through the project RAMS, risk assessments and site induction.
