Key Responsibilities
Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers. Ensure a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour. Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher. Support students with their work and answer any questions they may have. Maintain a safe and orderly classroom.
Requirements
QTS (Qualified Teaching Status) or equivalent Previous experience working with young people (preferably in an educational setting). Strong classroom management skills. Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and classrooms.
