Job Description: Bramcote, NG8 | £16.00 per hour | Full Time Make a real difference. Support someone to build confidence, independence and quality of life. VP Forensic are looking for a caring, patient and motivated Female Support Worker to join our team, supporting a male client with ADHD and challenging Behaviour.

This position is exempt under the Equality Act 2010, as there is a genuine occupational requirement for a female worker due to the nature of the role and the personal care involved. Support Hours: The client receives support 24:7 around in school hours .

Shift times are to be confirmed. What You'll Be Doing As a Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support tailored to the individual's needs, interests and goals. Your role will include: Providing high-quality, person-centred support Supporting rehabilitation and personal development goals Supporting daily living tasks and promoting independence Supporting access to the community and encouraging enjoyable, meaningful activities Building a positive and trusting relationship with the client Supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours Working closely with the wider support team Encouraging confidence, independence and participation in everyday life Every day can be different, and your support could make a genuine difference to someone's life.

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Caring, patient and empathetic Reliable and responsible A confident communicator with excellent communication skills Fluent in English Motivated to make a positive difference to the people we support Experienced in supporting people with complex behaviours, or able to demonstrate an appropriate level of care experience and knowledge Comfortable with, or willing to undertake in necessary training Essential Requirements Full working rights in the UK Applicants must currently live in the UK Applicants must be within reasonable travelling distance of NG8, Bramcote Full UK Drivers Licence with Business Insurance · VP Forensic do not offer Visa Sponsorships What We Offer £16.00 per hour
