Job title: Support Worker Location: Shoreham-by-sea Pay rate: £16.50- £18.00 per hour Shifts and schedule: 36hours available (Days, nights and sleep ins on a 4 week rota) Contract: Temporary to Permanent Must: Drive / Hold a UK driving license (automatic or manual) Priority Healthcare are currently recruiting for a skilled Complex Care Support Worker for a rewarding role based in the Shoreham-by-Sea area.

Client and Role: Our client is in his 30s living with complex conditions and requires support for personal care , medication administration and out and about in the community Our client loves attending the gym ,swimming, watching films and listening to music Successful Applicant: Must hold a UK driving license Must have experience working with complex conditions and challening behavior (ABI,CP) Excellent verbal communication skills Must be physically fit to support client with swimming and the gym This is an incredible opportunity to make a real difference in another person's life.
