Available Roles Day Support Worker Open to male and female applicants Full-time permanent positions Day shifts on a rotating rota basis Female Waking Night Support Worker Female applicants only Full-time permanent positions Waking night shifts on a rotating rota basis The female requirement for the Waking Night Support Worker role is a Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR) due to the needs of the individuals being supported.

Working as part of an experienced team, you will promote choice, dignity and inclusion while ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Supporting individuals with daily living activities and personal care Encouraging independence and community participation Providing emotional and practical support Supporting individuals who may display behaviours of concern Maintaining accurate records and support documentation Following safeguarding, health and safety, and positive behaviour support practices Working collaboratively with colleagues, families and external professionals What We're Looking For Essential Minimum 6 months' caring experience (paid, voluntary or personal) Good communication and numeracy skills Understanding of learning disabilities and person-centred support Ability to work effectively as part of a team Flexible and reliable approach to work Desirable NVQ/RQF Level 2 or Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) Previous experience supporting individuals with complex needs or behaviours of concern Working Pattern These are full-time permanent roles requiring flexibility to work a rolling rota, including evenings, weekends, public holidays and other unsocial hours as required.

The service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, therefore successful candidates must be able to work a range of shifts based on the needs of the service. Flexibility, reliability and a commitment to delivering high-quality support are essential.

Additional Information Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. NISCC registration is required (or willingness to register). An Enhanced Access NI check will be required. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for these positions.
