Surface Treatment Operative Coventry, CV4 Salary: £16.00 per hour Hours: 14:00pm – 10:30pm Mon – Fri Permanent Position About the Surface Treatment Operative role; We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Surface Treatment Operative to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of surface treatment duties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while following company procedures and health and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities for the Surface Treatment Operative role; Carrying out surface preparation and treatment processes including shot peening and phosphating Preparing components and materials for treatment Operating and maintaining surface treatment equipment Ensuring work is completed accurately and to the required quality standards Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment Following all health and safety procedures Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets For the Surface Treatment Operative, the ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in surface treatment or a manufacturing environment Reliable, punctual and hardworking Able to follow instructions and work independently A positive attitude and willingness to learn If you're dependable, organised, and looking to join a growing business where your contribution is valued, we'd love to hear from you...
