Syndicate Underwriting Oversight / Performance Manager, London

Reference: JN -102026-92622_1792398387A Lloyd's managing agency is looking for a Syndicate Underwriting Oversight/Performance Manager to join them in London. Working closely with senior underwriting leadership, Active Underwriters and underwriting management teams, you'll play a key role in monitoring performance against business plans, reviewing underwriting MI and ensuring appropriate governance and controls are maintained.

Key areas of focus will include:Monitoring syndicate performance against agreed business plansReviewing underwriting MI and identifying deviations from planSupporting corrective action and performance improvement strategiesLeading the SBF processSupporting underwriting committees and senior governance forumsManaging mid-year business plan changesWorking closely with underwriting controls and governance teamsWe're looking for someone with strong Lloyd's market experience and a background across underwriting, underwriting management or performance oversight.
