Job Description

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, implementing, configuring, and optimising business-critical systems across a range of transformation initiatives. Please note the software has already been implemented.

Candidates must have experience in user acceptance testing, scaling up adoption and hosting training workshops & refresher workshops.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of enterprise systems and applications. Perform system upgrades, updates, patching activities, and configuration changes to ensure platforms remain secure and optimised.

Act as the technical subject matter expert for assigned systems, providing guidance and best practice recommendations to stakeholders. Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve system issues across both Front End and Back End environments.

Liaise directly with third-party vendors and software providers to manage incidents, resolve technical issues, and maximise system functionality. Review and optimise system performance, configurations, workflows, and integrations to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

Support testing activities, including system, integration, user acceptance, and post-implementation testing. Deliver training, coaching, and user support to colleagues and business users to improve adoption and utilisation of system functionality.

Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, technical teams, suppliers, and programme delivery teams. Provide regular reporting, updates, and management information to stakeholders and project teams. Essential

Skills

Experience in organisational design, transformation or change. Demonstrated experience in leading technology-driven change or large-scale system implementations. Experience delivering user training, coaching, and guidance on system functionality and best practices.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience working within Public Sector is desirable Orgvue knowledge advantageous This role is a hybrid role and can be based 3 days onsite in either London or Leeds.
