Supporting hiring across EMEA and APAC, this is a fast-paced, hands-on role with a particular focus on early careers, assessment centres and complex recruitment coordination, alongside exposure to experienced and senior-level hiring.

You could be coordinating a virtual assessment centre for 40 students completing multiple back-to-back interviews within a tightly managed timeframe, while also supporting senior hires involving multiple stakeholders, background checks and regulatory requirements.

You'll need to be exceptionally organised, confident with senior stakeholders and comfortable keeping multiple processes moving at once. The business is also evolving its recruitment technology and automation, so you'll need to be equally comfortable using systems and taking a proactive, relationship-led approach when processes are more manual.

The Role Coordinate recruitment activity across EMEA and APAC. Support graduate, intern and wider early careers recruitment across the campus lifecycle. Coordinate high-volume assessment centres, candidate days and complex interview schedules.

Manage candidate communication, interview logistics and scheduling across multiple time zones. Support experienced and senior-level hiring, proactively chasing feedback from busy stakeholders. Coordinate offers, contracts, background checks and pre-employment activity.

Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, data and reporting. Build strong relationships with Talent Acquisition, HR and hiring managers. Support wider recruitment projects and ongoing process improvement. About You Previous experience within Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, Early Careers, Graduate or Campus Recruitment.

Experience coordinating assessment centres or high-volume recruitment activity would be particularly valuable. Exceptionally organised and able to remain calm while managing multiple moving parts. Confident building relationships and following up with busy senior stakeholders.

Proactive and solutions-focused, with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working across international teams and time zones. Exposure to financial services, professional services or another regulated environment would be advantageous, but isn't essential.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and Teams. We're particularly interested in candidates with early careers, campus or assessment centre experience and are open to someone looking to develop their exposure to experienced hiring.

Attitude, aptitude and the ability to confidently manage complex recruitment activity will be just as important as ticking every box. What's on Offer £40,000–£45,000 depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package.

12-month fixed-term contract. Four days per week in the West End office. International exposure across EMEA and APAC. Excellent exposure across early careers, assessment centres and experienced hiring. If you're an organised, confident and proactive recruitment professional who enjoys working at pace and managing complex processes, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a highly regarded global business.
