Job Description This is a full-time Talent Manager position, at an award-winning Talent Management agency. We represent a range of the most exciting creators, presenters and authors across the UK. The role is based in Shoreditch with a hybrid working model, allowing a blend of in-office collaboration and work from home. The Talent Manager will manage a roster of up to 6 creators.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a roster of diverse talent who predominantly work within the creator economy. Build strategic growth plans aligned with each talent's career goals, defining clear milestones, providing continuous feedback and support, and ensuring consistent progress.
Identifying new talent in various content verticals and new areas of growth for the business. Consistently develop and build relationships with industry professionals. Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements on behalf of talent, securing the best possible terms.
Proactively outreach to secure new opportunities for talent, such as brand partnerships, TV, books and endorsements. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including calendar management, gifting, events, campaign management, and more.
What's Needed: A minimum of 2 years' experience in talent management or influencer marketing, preferably working with digital creators. Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to advocate for talent while maintaining constructive brand and agency partnerships.
Organisational and project management skills, including handling multiple campaigns, contracts, and deadlines simultaneously. Comfort with negotiation, contracts, and commercial terms, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating in person in Shoreditch and managing responsibilities independently from home and aboard on work trips. Knowledge of influencer industry trends, brand marketing practices, and digital content formats across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and podcasts.
