- Enhanced DBS required (or willingness to apply) Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students.
- Help create an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment.
- Assist with lesson planning, classroom activities, and organisation.
- Promote positive behaviour and support students with additional needs to help them succeed. What Academics are Looking For:
- A passion for education and working with children.
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant (desirable but not essential).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
