Production Team Leader Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire Type: Permanent, Full-time We’re working with an established manufacturing business in Sheffield to recruit a Production Team Leader to join its shop-floor operation.
This is a hands-on leadership position, ideally suited to an experienced manufacturing professional who is already supervising a small team, or a strong Senior Operator looking to take the next step into leadership. The Role You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of a small production team while remaining actively involved in the manufacturing operation.
Key responsibilities will include
Leading and organising a small shop-floor production team Working hands-on alongside the team Coordinating daily workload and maintaining production standards Managing day-to-day matters including timekeeping and breaks Supporting automated manufacturing and spraying processes Completing routine equipment checks and basic servicing/maintenance Supporting health
