More about the role:Additionally to Night Care Assistant duties your role will include:supporting and assisting Deputy and Home Manager by providing leadership to the care teamacting as the senior person on duty at night in the absence of the Deputy Manager and informing the Home Manager of any problems or concerns in relation to the Homeacting as a role model and setting the standard for staff of person-centred careproviding support to night care staff and act as a champion for residents' safety and dignitydelegating tasks fairly to all the team members and assisting them to complete in a timely manneracting within the care team and in accordance with organisational policies and procedures, to supervise, support and assist in the induction and training of the care staffEssential requirments for the role:experience of providing support to people in a caring environment and understand the needs of older peopleminimun two years' experience in care sectorexperience of writing, reviewing and recording of care plansNVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health
