What will your responsibilities be Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred engaging way Assist the Deputy/ Registered Manager with staff supervision and development Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed
