Team Leader

Overview

As Packaging Team Leader you will oversee line performance, safety and team engagement in a 24/7 manufacturing setting. You will interpret production schedules and deploy resources to meet targets while leading on-shift briefings and performance reviews. This role sits within a global supply organization focused on continuous learning and improvement, offering opportunities to develop leadership capabilities and drive safe, high-quality production. You will work with cross-functional teams to keep lines running and align with the company’s mission of delivering iconic drinks.

Responsibilities

• Interpret production schedules and deploy people, plant, and materials to meet targets
• Lead site briefings, start-of-shift meetings and regular performance reviews
• Foster open participation and constructive feedback from team members and support functions
• Develop leadership capabilities within a global, continuous-learning organization
• Ensure safety, quality and adherence to plans on a 24/7 shop floor

Key requirements

• Operational leadership experience in manufacturing or production
• Good understanding of ERP systems (SAP)
• Knowledge of lean and continuous improvement (PDCA, Autonomous Maintenance, root cause problem solving)
• Comfort leading change and bringing people along
• Experience in FMCG environments (not essential)
