Siamo Recruitment is currently looking forateam manager to start at their prestigious client's site based in Corby, NN18. The shift pattern: Full Time Rota: Monday to Friday Shifts available: 10am-7pm,£13.79 per hour Overtime: £20.68 per hour Responsibilities Prioritise workload of the team, responding positively to daily operational challenges.
Assist the Warehouse Team Manager in the allocation of work to the team, ensuring daily KPI's are met. Monitor daily picking and packing to ensure accuracy of stock is in accordance with company procedures. Ensure Goods-in are received correctly and made available in accordance with deadlines and service level agreements.
Ensure that the team are following warehouse processes at all times and escalate performance concerns. Monitor staff punctuality including break times, reporting any issues to the line manager. Make sure that any stock discrepancies are reported immediately.
Perform daily, weekly and monthly warehouse checks, complete and file documentation. Monitor
