Specifically seeking strong professional who is looking to take on a new challenge support a developing team whilst reporting into the Technical Director. The company have a strong network and financial strength with technical expertise to undertake significant projects nationally.
Key AttributesGood knowledge within residential sector and able to get the ground running. Self-motivated, proactive and be able to demonstrate ability to co-ordinate the design process unaided.2-3 years' worth of experience working with a residential developer or main contractor.
Delivered residential traditional build projectsCapable of running 2 + residential projectsNeed good problem solving, communication and analytical skills.
