Technical Sales Engineer

Overview In this role you bridge technical expertise with commercial insight to help customers choose the right solutions. You own designated UK customers and shape technology and commercial strategies to unlock growth. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams across the full sales cycle, managing projects from early design stages through delivery, and drive demand creation.

This position offers close collaboration with engineering, sales, and supplier groups to deliver long-term value and impact. Pay / Benefits Permanent contract Remote work Benefits program Responsibilities Own designated UK customers and cultivate relationships at all levels Develop and execute technology and commercial strategies to seize growth opportunities Understand customer careabouts, create technical profiles, and map end-markets Identify early-stage design projects and define challenges to solve Coordinate engineering and supplier resources to maximize product offerings Program manage customer engagement throughout the lifecycle Share customer and project information with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing, Engineering, Project Management) Proactively develop and manage demand creation pipeline and maintain project tracking Collaborate with Internal Sales to convert pipeline into billings Key requirements Degree in engineering or technology Effective communication skills Commercially minded with strategic selling approach Problem-solving ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions Able to present technical and commercial material to customers Proactive, flexible, energetic, continuous learner Ability to operate in a matrix environment Effective communicator Commercially minded Proactive Connectivity / IoT experience Semiconductor knowledge Electronics industry experience (distributor or manufacturer)
