This is an exciting opportunity to join an established contractor with a strong reputation for delivering technically challenging commercial, residential and refurbishment projects. Working alongside experienced operational and technical teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing the building services delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.

This position would suit an experienced Technical Services professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced construction environment, leading MEP delivery and building strong relationships with clients, consultants and specialist subcontractors.

About the roleOur client is seeking a Technical Services Manager to oversee the coordination and delivery of mechanical, electrical and public health services across major projects in London. Reporting into the senior project leadership team, the successful candidate will take responsibility for MEP design coordination, subcontractor management, technical compliance, commissioning and handover, ensuring building services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme, quality and client expectations.

The Technical Services Manager will work closely with the Project Manager, design team, commercial team and specialist subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
