The Technical Services Manager in Manchester will oversee asset lifecycle planning and maintenance compliance in a healthcare environment. The role combines technical review of building services with management of lifecycle data, plans and budgets.
The Role As the Technical Services Manager, you'll: Audit maintenance activity, asset replacements, PPM plans and commissioning data for compliance. Maintain accurate lifecycle asset data to track asset condition. Develop lifecycle plans covering budgets, replacement trends and contract compliance.
Support processes for delivering lifecycle services against operational and contractual requirements. Produce reports and dashboards to inform decisions and strategic planning. About You To be successful as the Technical Services Manager, you'll have: Experience and operational knowledge of assets and systems in UK healthcare environments.
An educational background in mechanical, electrical or building fabric disciplines, with a sound understanding of all three. Knowledge of building services and the ability to review compliance and operational documentation objectively.
What's in it for You? £450–£500 per day. Six-month contract in Manchester. Potential for an extension or a move to a permanent role.
