Our client, a leading Fit Out & Refurbishment Main Contractor, is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to join the team on a prestigious £50m refurbishment scheme in West London.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a complex, high-profile project, taking responsibility for the successful delivery and coordination of all M&E packages from pre-construction through to completion.

The Role

• Oversee the delivery of all Mechanical & Electrical packages.
• Manage M&E subcontractors and consultant teams.
• Coordinate technical design information and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Drive programme, quality, and commissioning activities.
• Work closely with project and commercial teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Attend client and stakeholder meetings throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Services Manager or Building Services Manager with a Main Contractor.
• Strong track record delivering M&E packages on refurbishment projects.
• Electrically biased background preferred.
• Excellent technical knowledge of building services.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams within a fast-paced construction environment.
