Technical Services Manager - London

Overview

In this role you will lead Technical Services activities within a fast-growing London refurbishment contractor. You will work closely with the leadership team to shape standards, influence delivery, and drive best-in-class solutions across pre-construction, client relationships, and supply chain. You will partner with site teams to ensure smooth handovers and capture lessons learned, delivering high-quality, sustainable projects. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position with exposure to senior stakeholders and a clear growth path.

Responsibilities

• Support the pre-construction process including PQQs, tender submissions and contract negotiations
• Manage and develop strong client relationships with key stakeholders
• Oversee supply chain management and onboarding of subcontractors and suppliers
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure effective project delivery, handovers, and lessons learned

Key requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience using Procore project management tools
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Technical Services Management or a similar role
• Strong written, presentation and board-level communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to manage tasks end-to-end
• Consultative interpersonal approach
• Ability to build long-term relationships across teams
• Detail-oriented team player with a collaborative mindset
• Positive, flexible and solutions-focused attitude
• Procore project management tools
