What you would do as our Technical Support Advisor - Commercial Segment As our Technical Support Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional technical assistance and customer service, acting as a reliable point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will use your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to resolve enquiries, assist continuous improvement and ensure a positive customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical knowledge with customer interaction in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

You would also: Provide technical guidance and customer support, offering expert advice on products and resolving technical enquiries. Manage and handle technical queries while assisting the Customer Services Manager with day-to-day activities.

Investigate and resolve issues, working closely with internal communications and order entry teams. Handle inbound customer calls, delivering excellent service and support to address customer needs effectively. Occasionally accompany the Quality team on site visits when required.

Continuously develop product knowledge to confidently troubleshoot issues and provide accurate technical assistance. The skills and experience you need We are looking for someone who: Has previous experience in a technical support, customer service, or advisory role.
