Job Description Technical Support Engineer (Mechanical) £38,000 - £40,000 + Training + Progression + Benefits Biggleswade (Commutable from: Bedford, Stevenage, Letchworth Garden City, Hitchin, Sandy, St Neots, Royston) Are you an Engineer from a Plant, Heavy Equipment, Crane or similar background looking to come off the tools and move into a highly varied Technical Support role?

This well-established company are renowned within the Plant industry and are continuing to grow. Due to their ongoing success, they are now looking for a Technical Advisor to join their large workshop team. In this varied role, you will provide technical support to Service Engineers and customers, assisting with fault finding, technical queries and warranty issues.
You will also help coordinate engineers and provide technical information across the business. This role would suit an Engineer from a Plant, Heavy Equipment, Crane or similar background looking to come off the tools and progress into a Technical Advisor position.
The Role
Providing technical support to Engineers and customers Assisting with fault finding, warranty and technical queries Coordinating and supporting Service Engineers Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
