Technical Trainer

IT/Cyber Technical Trainer | Swansea OR Cardiff (Hybrid) | £28,000–£37,000 | Permanent Im working with a well-established digital, technology and data apprenticeship provider in Wales on a fantastic opportunity for an IT/Cyber Technical Trainer & Coach to join their growing team in Swansea .

This is a genuinely varied role; youll be delivering technical training, coaching apprentices one-to-one, and building the learning content that supports it, all while working with a team that takes pride in the quality of what they delive r.

The ro le:Design and deliver engaging IT and Cyber Security training, both classroom-based and onl ineAdapt delivery to suit different learning styles and ability lev elsProvide one-to-one coaching and mentoring to apprentices throughout their progra mmeMonitor learner progress, give feedback, and put interventions in place where extra support is nee dedCreate and maintain e-learning resources and learning materials, keeping content current with industry pract iceEnsure delivery meets awarding body and funding body requirements, with accurate learner record-keeping through out Were looking for:Minimum 5 years industry experience in IT Support, Network Support, Helpdesk, Infrastructure or Cyber Security — or a proven track record delivering IT education/trai ningStrong knowledge of IT systems, software, infrastructure and Windows technolo giesExperience coaching or mentoring learners, apprentices or collea guesComfortable managing a varied caseload independently while contributing to a wider team Desir able:CompTIA A+, Network+ or Security+ (or willingness to work tow ards)Experience delivering within apprenticeships or funded learning progr ammesE-learning content development exper ience Whats on offer:£28,000–£37,000 depending on expe rience25 days annual leave plus bank ho lidaysHybrid working, with the option to work from Cardiff or Sw ansea.
