You'll sit as a key member of the account leadership team, acting as the strategic bridge between the client, operational teams, and a wider global technology function. You'll be responsible for defining and executing a technology roadmap that delivers measurable business outcomes, improves service performance, and unlocks value through emerging technologies including AI, automation, data-driven insights, and digital innovation.

As the trusted technology advisor to both the client and the account leadership team, you'll identify opportunities to transform service delivery, build compelling business cases for investment, and ensure technology adoption generates real, quantifiable benefits.

A selection of your key duties will include developing and owning the technology strategy and roadmap for a major enterprise account. Driving innovation through AI, automation, and emerging technology solutions and leading pilot programmes and proofs of concept, defining success criteria and measuring outcomes.

Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency, and customer experience through technology, acting as the primary point of contact for all technology-related initiatives, challenges, and opportunities.
