Technology Project Manager

Overview Location - Oxford / London Salary - Competitive + Benefits Infinite Talent has partnered with a luxury retailer to recruit for a Technology Project Manager on a permanent basis. This crucial role will ensure that HR technology platforms are optimised, embedded and utilised to deliver business value.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of HR technology initiatives—from demand intake to prioritisation to delivery, training and continuous improvement. This role is pivotal in aligning technology with business needs, driving operations efficiency and enhancing colleague experience.

Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of HR technology initiatives from demand intake, prioritisation, delivery, training and continuous improvement.
