Our client is looking for a Product Logistics Coordinator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing and tracking stock and product data, supporting retail operations and ensuring accurate information flows across a multi-site retail network.
Working closely with internal teams, stores and warehouse colleagues, you'll help maintain accurate stock records, support inventory management processes and ensure data is accurately transferred and reconciled across multiple systems.
You'll also contribute to identifying errors, resolving discrepancies and improving operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and track stock and product data across multiple systems, including Excel and retail finance systems. Ensure data is transferred accurately between systems and retail locations. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records within internal systems.
Support stock allocation and distribution processes to ensure products are available where needed. Produce and maintain reports, analysing data to identify errors, trends and opportunities for operational improvements. Investigate and resolve stock, data or system-related issues in a timely manner.
Process and reconcile stock take information received from retail stores. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient product flow and data accuracy throughout the network. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for enhancing processes and systems.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
