Test and Data Analyst

Test & Data Analyst Location: Braintree - Office-based with free on-site parking Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (flexibility available around start and finish times, provided core hours are worked) Contract: Temporary until 31 March 2027 Pay: £15.00- £15.38 per hour We are looking for a Test & Data Analyst to join a collaborative team and play a key role in the successful rollout, testing, and ongoing improvement of a business-critical CRM platform.

This is a varied role that combines system testing, data quality, user support, and engaging with the user. You'll work mainly independently to test new functionality and manage data integrity, while also working closely with colleagues across the business to help them understand, navigate, and adopt new system changes.

Key Responsibilities Test new CRM developments, Test workflows, Generate reports and integrate system enhancements before they are released. Assist with the implementation of new system changes and improvements. Support end users through system updates Gather feedback from users and communicate issues, concerns, and enhancement requests back to developers.

Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. Identify, log, and track system defects through to resolution. Clean, validate, and maintain CRM data Investigate data issues Build strong relationships across the business and provide ongoing support to users.

Work independently on testing and data-related tasks while collaborating closely with the wider team on projects and improvements. About You Previous experience testing CRM systems or business applications. HubSpot experience would be highly desirable, however we would also love to hear from candidates with experience testing other CRM platforms.

Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. Experience working with data and maintaining high levels of accuracy. Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people and building relationships. Comfortable providing training, guidance, and support to end users.

Able to work independently, manage your own workload, and meet deadlines. Good Excel skills and confidence working with reports and datasets. What's on Offer? Long-term temporary assignment until 31 March 2027 . Flexible working arrangements around core business hours.
