Third Line Analyst

Overview

In this on-site role in Derby, you will support a highly secure, enterprise-scale environment across Windows and infrastructure technologies. You’ll resolve incidents, meet SLAs, and contribute to continuous improvement within a collaborative team. You’ll work directly with customers to understand requirements and shape delivery of Windows-based solutions. Your work will balance hands-on troubleshooting with proactive technical evolution, including out-of-hours on-call support. This is a chance to make a meaningful impact in a DV/SC-cleared environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions and workarounds for incidents and problems
• Work to SLAs and deadlines
• Review services and application delivery
• Prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Build strong relationships with wider teams and customers
• Stay up-to-date with technology advancements
• Understand customer requirements across varied engagements
• Design, develop, and deploy technologies on Windows platforms
• Provide remote on-call out-of-hours support

Key requirements

• DV clearance or SC clearance with eligibility for DV
• Experience in a third-line role in Managed Services with Windows Server focus
• Excellent troubleshooting and independent decision-making
