TICA Qualified Thermal Insulation Engineers (Laggers) Required We are currently looking to recruit experienced TICA Qualified Thermal Insulation Engineers (TIEs/Laggers) for a shutdown project at Didcot Power Station . This is a great opportunity to join a busy site with immediate starts available and competitive NAECI rates.
The project is expected to run for 3 to 4 weeks , with plenty of hours available and additional bonuses and allowances on offer. The Role Successful candidates will be involved in a range of thermal insulation activities across industrial plant and pipework systems.
Duties will include: Installation, maintenance and removal of thermal insulation on pipework, vessels, ducting and associated plant equipment. Measuring, cutting and fitting a variety of insulation materials to required specifications.
Fabrication and installation of aluminium and stainless steel cladding. Working from drawings, specifications and site instructions to complete works safely and efficiently. Carrying out repairs, modifications and replacements to existing insulation systems. Maintaining high standards of quality, housekeeping and health
