Responsibilities
TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel componentsAssemble and weld a range of precision instruments using jigs, fixtures, and manipulators. Carry out basic assembly tasks such as pressure testing and leakage testing. Maintain welding equipment and ensure a tidy, organised work area.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in developing new production methods. TIG Welder
Requirements
Minimum 5 years TIG welding experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment. Experience with orbital welding or pipe weldingExperience working with manipulators or turntablesSkilled in welding stainless steel to a very high standard.
