We design and craft beautiful oak-framed homes and bespoke buildings that stand out for their quality, character and craftsmanship. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a hands-on Timber Frame Technician to join our workshop team and play a key role in bringing these incredible projects to life.

If you're practical, hands-on, and enjoy creating things to a high standard, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be DoingEvery day is about creating something tangible and lasting. Working as part of our skilled production team, you'll: Build timber frame panels that form the structure of our bespoke homes and buildingsRead and work from technical drawings and specificationsMeasure, cut and prepare timber components accuratelyAssemble panels using hand tools and power toolsWork alongside experienced craftspeople who are passionate about qualityHelp maintain a safe, organised and efficient workshop environmentTake pride in producing work that reflects the high standards we're known forWho We're Looking ForYou don't have to be an expert timber framer already.

What matters most is that you're practical, motivated and keen to learn.
