Job Purpose: Responsible for producing precision tools, dies, molds, jigs and fixtures used in the production of high quality components.

This role requires strong technical knowledge, manual machining expertise, and a keen eye for detail. Main Duties and

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, repair, and modify precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures to exact specifications.
• Read an interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Operate and set up manual and CNC machinery, including milling machines, lathes and grinders.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of tools and molds to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to improve too efficiency and resolve technical issues.
• Work with various materials, including steel, aluminium and composites, to achieve high tolerances.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised workspace.
