Position: Touring Warden Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal Pay Rates: Up to 12.71 per hour depending on age Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Touring Warden here youll help create a great experience for our guests staying on our touring and camping facilities!
We are seeking a hands-on friendly Touring Warden to look after our touring facilities and pitches. If you love the outdoors and enjoy meeting new people this role offers a rewarding way to be part of our guest experience.
Key Responsibilities - Greet and assist guests upon arrival ensuring they are settled and comfortable on their pitch. - Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of touring facilities including showers toilets and communal areas. - Provide helpful information about the park and surrounding area answering any guest queries. - Ensure pitches are kept tidy and prepared for new arrivals supporting a clean and welcoming environment. - Conduct regular checks of the touring area to maintain safety and address any maintenance issues.
Requirements - Experience in a customer service role is beneficial. - Friendly approachable and comfortable working in an outdoor setting. - Strong communication skills with a passion for helping guests. - Flexible availability including weekends and peak times. - A team player who can adapt to dynamic guest-focused environments.
