Role: Town Planner or Senior Town Planner Salary: Up to 45k Location: Manchester Area Join a respected, boutique planning and development consultancy where you'll have the chance to take real ownership of your work from day one.

Key responsibilities
Support diverse planning projects, including site promotions, applications, and appeals Draft and review planning documents, including Planning Statements and technical reports Carry out site visits and coordinate input from multi-disciplinary teams Monitor project budgets and handle associated invoicing Engage with Planning Officers, statutory consultees, and specialist consultants Provide clear, practical planning advice to clients and support colleagues through mentoring Foster strong client relationships and contribute to business development opportunities Actively represent the company at professional, networking, and industry events You will have: Minimum of 2 years experience Understanding of UK planning regulations A degree or higher in Town Planning or a related field Full driving license
