Job Description Trade Mark Paralegal – London A well-established specialist intellectual property firm is looking to expand its team with the appointment of a Trade Mark Paralegal. The firm works with a broad range of clients across a variety of industries and has a strong reputation for providing high-quality IP advice and support.

You will provide Paralegal support across a varied portfolio of trade mark matters, working closely with experienced attorneys and supporting clients throughout the trade mark lifecycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Trade Mark Paralegal looking to broaden their experience within a specialist IP environment and take on increasing responsibility.
Responsibilities
Supporting the management of UK and international trade mark portfolios Assisting with trade mark applications, registrations and renewals Preparing and filing trade mark documentation Monitoring deadlines and maintaining accurate records Conducting trade mark searches and research Assisting with oppositions, objections and other trade mark matters Corresponding with clients, trade mark offices and overseas associates Maintaining and updating IP databases and portfolio records Providing general administrative and Paralegal support to the trade mark team
Requirements
Previous experience working as a Trade Mark Paralegal or within a similar IP role Good understanding of UK and/or international trade mark procedures Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills Confident working with clients and external contacts Proactive and reliable approach to work Genuine interest in developing a career within intellectual property #INDMADS
