Who we're looking forYou would be joining our Trade Processing team to help ensure the timely and accurate booking of transactions and to ensure any issues or fails are pro-actively dealt with and resolved. What you'll doEnsure Equity and FI trades you are responsible for are matched and settled on time, following up and escalating issues as appropriateInitiating manual payments for trade settlement where neccessaryVerifying and releasing Swift settlement instructions using Swift interface and CustodiansEnsuring that all securities bookings comply with internal and external requirementsDaily/monthly review of CSDR - Settlement Discipline Rule Fine ReportsDaily transactions reporting reconciliation of Swiss Stock Exchange (SWX) trades.

Weekly/monthly reporting of facts, figures, Adonis controls & unsettled trade reportingManaging client and stakeholder queries pro-actively, liaising with external and internal partners to clarify settlement issues with particular focus on quality and timeliness of communicationUtilising department controls and procedures honestly and effectively, taking steps to call out and minimise any risksSuggesting, exploring and helping to implement ideas to save time and cost, reduce risk and improve service qualityCollaborating with others to help build a positive and supportive working environmentThe knowledge, experience and qualifications you needPrevious experience gained within a trade confirmation/settlement team focussing on equity, fixed income and unit trust asset classesAn understanding of multi asset classes in terms of trade booking/support.
